The founder
My name is Ken Pfeifer. I am the founder of accountIT.ai and an Accounting Technology Specialist. I have worked in IT for about twenty years, with roughly twelve of those years spent inside the accounting space.
Over the last decade I have led IT in a CPA firm, while staying close to the day-to-day work. I spend my time keeping Remote Desktop hosts stable, working through tax software issues, and helping staff when something breaks in the middle of a busy day.
How I work with firms
I work directly with accountants, partners, and support staff to solve real problems. That includes performance issues, tax software installs, printer and scanner chaos, VPN and MFA questions, and small automations that take pressure off the team.
The goal is always the same: keep the environment steady so your firm can focus on client work.
Why accountIT.ai exists
accountIT.ai started as a way to bring this same focus to other small firms. Many firms do not have full-time internal IT, or they have someone who is stretched thin.
accountIT.ai gives those firms a simple front door for AI tools and remote help that respect how accountants work and the data they handle.
