How a session works

  1. You request remote help and pay for a 30 minute session.
  2. You receive an email with a link for the remote support session.
  3. We connect and walk through the issue together.
  4. Time after the first 30 minutes is billed in 15 minute blocks.

The hourly rate is still in progress and will be posted here once final.

If we cannot fix the issue

If we reach the end of a session and the root issue cannot be fixed remotely, the fee is refunded.
